On the way home, we popped into Aldi “for a few things” and, as usual, came out with more than was on our shopping list!

Port Plaisance
We have seen the little port at Stenay busier but there were quite a few boats, camper vans, cars and people and more-than-usual the number of anglers enjoying this pleasant place in partly sunny, partly cloudy weather. During the afternoon, the temperature rose from the low to high twenties.
It was nice too to chat with an English couple who were touring the area in their camper van.
On the way home, we popped into Aldi “for a few things” and, as usual, came out with more than was on our shopping list!
